Hey everybody my name is Alex and this is the first time that I’m posting on this forum. I’m currently 17 and a junior in High School. I’m from Hamilton County. I’ve been hunting since I was 9 years old. I love to go deer, turkey, and squirrel hunting. I love shooting my Shotgun and I shoot tons of archery. A few months ago I got a Beagle Labrador puppy who loves the water and loves to retrieve which has sparked my interest in waterfowl. I look forward to communicating with all of you on this forum. Hi Alex. I've had beagles and a Labrador, but never a mix; I imagine it would be a pretty friendly dog. |

Yeah he is quite a lover. Really energetic. We got him from the Indianapolis shelter when he was 2 months old. We know for a fact he is part beagle not sure what the other part is exactly but they suspect Labrador.

In my efforts to stay in touch with my fellow Hoosier deer hunters and habitat guys I decided to see what you guys are all about. Not sure how many of you use other forums but in many others out there I go by the same name. I'll make a post about me and the like to give you all so idea of what sort a Yahoo I am!

Hello all my name is Josh, I'm 28 and getting back into hunting. I haven't been since I was a kid so I'm trying to read up and get any tips I can. I'm from Knox county and will be hunting squirrel and deer this year. If anyone knows of any decent public land in my area let me know. I bow hunt as well as shotgun.

YeeYee! How y’all doing I’m Cody from Indiana, I hunt, fish, and camp. I hunt Indiana and Wisconsin mostly for whitetail. I’m 27 and just got married last December. My wife loves to turkey hunt so I take her every year. We also love to kayak and go on the 4 wheelers. Good luck to you all in the upcoming deer season! I also love to cook so I’ll be posting some pics of food I cook up on the smoker and grill! Stay safe now.

Hey All! Hope everyone is doing well! I'm 25 years old and new to the hunting scene as of last year. I live down south in Memphis IN near Louisville Ky. I'm currently most interested in Waterfowl and Deer hunting but really became interested in the sport in an effort to get outside more and to have some fun out enjoying God's green earth haha. I work in IT software implementation so spend more time than I care to inside staring at a screen. I currently have a 7 month old chocolate lab pup that my wife and I are raising up as a duck dog to retrieve and eventually also flush out bird. It's been lot of fun and a lot of work training her. I wasn't able to get out for early Waterfowl season, but am excited to get out later in the season. I'm also gearing up and starting to think about my strategy for deer firearm season. I have a lot of friends that hunt that will occasionally allow me to join them hunting at spots they have, but I'm also planning to hunt some public land this year. sorry for the long post lol... I'm excited to learn and to make friends in the forum. I have a lot to learn and lots of questions to ask!  If anyone lives in my area or just wants to chat I'd love to hear from you.
