Hi! I'm 65 years old and live in Spencer Co. IN. I hunt,fish and shoot when it isn't 100 degrees outside. I've a member for a while but never posted anything before. I met Woody at the Deer Information meeting last Thursday at Sugar Ridge. These deer proposals have gotten my dander up.

Hey Folks, I am from Sunman. I have been hunting now for about 3 years and love the sport for multiple reasons. It provides the meat stock for my family of 6, as well as provides for hours of relaxation after a hectic work week. I am a bow hunter, as well as muzzleloader hunter. I prefer archery for the fact that it is a more intimate experience. I think that there is more challenge in bow hunting as to the distance from your target is significantly shorter. Many times the animals I have taken have been less than 15yrds away and upon full draw they almost give you the look of "I understand, you have beaten me at my own game." This is why I look forward to the cold months of the year. All year we practice with the equipment so that our nerves can be the only thing tested in the field. Hope to meet many new people in the area, both here and the field. Happy and safe hunting to all, and may all your shots be true, and your bounty be fulfilling.

My name is Jim,I moved down here from Illinois about 5yrs ago.Trying to get use to all the laws in Indiana on hunting rules and regulations,alot different than Illinois.Hope you all have a good season!!!
