i will be putting on a go-fish-in program sponsored by the d.n.r. for the boys and girls club in madison county and fishing at a city park called shady side lake. to help get the young folks started in catching some blue gills, i will need some help, so i asked some of the parents to assist me in baiting the hooks, tying on hooks, and in general supervision of about fifteen youngsters...my question is:do these folks need a fishing license to assist me with this program?........thanks....TAKE A YOUNGSTER ON YOUR NEXT OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE........turkey scout...

A fishing license is not required for those assisting you with the program, as long as they are not doing the fishing.
