I was wondering if it's "legal" to construct a duck blind on public land? I'm talkin, draging enough limbs to make a frame....maybe using some jute twine to hold the structure together....then brush it up with grasses and brush from the area. Nothing being brought in other than some twine........no nails or anything like that. Perhaps the use of a small limb saw to cut dead branches for a frame....
Anytime I hunt from the shoreline I always make a hasty blind to give some cover, but I'm thinking of going in prior to the season and making a couple that might stand the entire season......IF that's legal.
