The rule states that a gig head cannot be more than 3 inches in width and a single row of tines. Does this also include arrow heads? They have on the market through Sulley's an arrow head that is three pronged but not in a single row. Is this a legel head if shooting with a bow and arrow?

This is a question best left for your local officer to answer, as his/her definition of gig head vs. arrow point may differ from mine. The intent of the law is to prohibit the use of wide-head fish gigs as a frog gig, but it all comes down to interpretation of the law. IMO
