30pointbuck,
You will need to check with the property manager if this is a state property that you are wanting to set out fish attractors on. There may be certain guidelines that you will have to follow, such as type of material and placement. The question is a bit too general to give you a specific answer. The real answer is no unless you have permission from a property manager. It matters a great deal where you are planning on placing them. Let me know and we will go from there. I belong to the Sycamore Trails RC&D Fish and Wildlife Committee and that was a project that we had two years in a row at Raccoon Lake in Parke Co. There was also a fish attractor project as an Eagle Scout Project at Cataract Lake in Owen Co. last year. There are many styles and variations of good fish attractors. The corregated (sp) plastic pipe works well. We tried to target areas that bank fishermen could access and the kids really benefited from the project. I think that it is an excellent idea. I chanellge others to get involved and do something such and this that encourages involvement in the outdoors. Good luck and good idea. ICO Winchell
