Bought some cheese from DaButcher for making sausage the other day and he gave me some Brats that were stuffed with some kind of hot peppers to try. Grilled them up tonight and they were awesome. Much bettter than other deer brats I have had before. Thanks Gene!

thanks 10point, the new recipe for them and my summersausage seems to be a hit, sportsmans warehouse gave out 50 pounds of my summer sausage for their "canada days" (along with about 300-400 cards) i have had a ton of people calling about getting meat done and a few have alrady dropped off their meat.

I didn't make it to sportsmans warehouse that weekend.
My summer sausage with the cheese and bacon added turned out pretty good. Will have to try adding peppers next.
