Does anyone know of full processing equip for sale to private individual including walk in cooler?

No, but I do know where there's a meat saw and meat grinder for sale. Assuming he still has them.... As for any other equipment, for a home butcher, there's not a lot else that is really needed that you don't already have other than knives and a place to process. A walk-in cooler is nice, but one can be made relatively cheap. Look up some of the past threads on here for info.

My equipment includes; a walk in cooler, a 1HP grinder / sausage stuffer, a cuber, a vac seal machine, a big 42" tall table so you aren't bent over all the time, knives cutting boards, stones, steels, a few tubs for mixing and meat, etc.
However ..... a sharp knife and a grinder are the real necessities.
