Found my new favorite way to eat waterfowl. Canned. All I can say is I have been missing out. Best part is no more freezer burnt meat that migrated to the bottom of the freezer. I will try some deer next season.
The stuff is great and besides the hassle of canning it, the meat is ready to eat after finished. Just add heat and desired vegies or sauce.

When you do the deer if you buy a cheap fatty prok roast and add it to the canned venison you will be AMAZED... This is one of these best ways to have it in my opnion... Kevin
