Have never had an ATV but after hunting here in Indiana this Bow season and dragging a 150 lb buck for what seemed a Quarter mile out of a gully, there may be one in my future. Any idea how much a good used one would cost.Being retired could not afford a lot, do not care how old, just so it is in good condition.
I read all the great ways they can be used.
Best to all

Check-out the trader & the ATV dealers in your area for used rides. New 400 CC to 500 CC ATV prices will vary in make, & model in the $6000.00 - $7000.00 range. This will give you a baseline of what the used ATV market has to offer. Sometimes you can find a good used one owner ride to fit your needs. They cost a little more, but front & rear independent suspension 4WD are well worth it in the rugged areas. I feel your pain man, I am not as young as I used to be and cannot manhandle a dead dear out of the woods like I used to. Purchasing an ATV is one of the best investments us old guys can make for roaming the hills & hollers.

Couldn't say on cost...they will vary but......I would stay away from a 4 wheeler that was "kid ridden". JMHO.
