Can't wait for a great supper. All boned out and ready for the pan. A little wine, some good bread, fresh veggies and Dad and Mom over for dinner. Can't get any better.  |

Never had pheasant. My young lad is allergic to dogs and I have no time to train one. I've been told it's nearly impossible to get pheasant without a dog.
