I shot doves today at Roush lake. Ended up with 12 and ran out of time. had guys sky busting on both sides of us. the guys on my left turned 7-8 different birds or i would have limited out. it still was a fun day. h.h.

I once went over to a party that was doing this real bad when we pulled our decoys and told these guys they show get a frigin rifleh. Then reported them to the manager at TRI-COUNTY . Tri-County has a 35 shell limit for dove hunters and I think this is great, should be a limit on all State hunts. Charlie |

Went to Kanakee yesterday with a friend. He got 9 birds and I managed to limit out and yes it took more than 15 shells. Went to Tri-County today and tried for the draw. They had over one hundred hunters and about 47 spots. Didn't get drawed there today.

i hunted Roush lake again today, got 11 and ran out of shells, 50 shell limit. poor shot selection was the trouble. h.h.

Did not get to hunt opening day, but managed to make it up to Attebury with a friend yesterday and try my 28 gauge out on doves. Birds were flying steady, but not in great numbers. Still had a great time and finished the day with 14.
Hope to get out and see if anything is moving at Glendale Monday afternoon.
