Indiana dove and waterfowl hunters must obtain a Harvest Information Program (HIP) number before going afield.
You may no longer register by calling 1-800-WETLANDS.
The new number for Hoosier hunters is 866-671-4499.
You also may apply on-line at www.wildlife.IN.gov.
Kentucky hunters are exempt and Illinois sportsmen must call the number listed in the 2006-07 hunting guide.
