I got drawn two years in a row....in 93-94...since then, I've drawn a blank...hope when I get home tonight, there's nothing......the longer there's nothing, the better chance you have.....
You wouldn't believe the number of birds we saw....Cross my fingers

I received the same reply as always. I have been one time with a youth that was drawn.

Well, my partner got drawn this year. I must have a larger circle of friends since this will be my 7th time to go on one of these hunts...or maybe it's my dog they really want to go.

What's the name of the property? Watland? Metro-Sixty? Pine Creek? Sounds like Pine Creek.

Hey jack, any advice for Geswein in Benton county?

I've driven by Geswein before. If it's the one I remember the owner and the DNR guy both told me the birds were concetrated along the ditch on the west side. If there's no ditch over on the westside then it's not the same one I asked about.

Joen - if you got drawn for Pinecreek #2 I hunted across the road from it. There are 5 or 6 Pinecreek properties and I noticed the last 2 times there that the birds fly from one area to another. I think #2 is close to a slough or lake. Closer to that water the better.

joen - last time I had both of my birds in the first 15 minutes at the Pinecreek property we were on. The birds were concentrated close to the water. Actually had to wade out and retrieve one the dog pretended not to see. LOL!
