Looks like a nice spot. With the lack of rain and being mid June the clover might have a hard time.
I checked my plot yesterday and it is over run with weeds. Chicory looks good , but the clover is poor. I will frost seed more clover next March and not spray until next spring.

Solo,
Nice looking plot. I checked my clover plot yesterday and it looked really nice. The clover was all in bloom and very few weeds. It could stand some rain though.
My fall plot has been plowed over and I'm waiting until mid August to plant Shot-Plot. h.h.

It was a spot that the timber company had dropped a few tress, I pulled the tops out last winter, cut for firewood, then did the rest this spring. I feel like I am a wee bit behind, but it gets full sun then some shade. So I hope it goes ok. Fun to do. Solo

Looks good enough to hunt over Solo! A potential "middle stand" in the making...

Looks good enough to hunt over Solo! A potential "middle stand" in the making... There are quite a few deer in this area and I am actually thinking about moving the middle stand to a different tree so some guys will have a better chance.. Solohunter
