Posted this same thing on Realtree.com. A guy on there has used it the last 2-3 years and uses 2 oz. per gallon in a hand pump sprayers to spot spray.

50 yards x 30 yards= approximately 13,500 square feet
I'm figuring your "D" is roughly 75% of a square, so you are probably looking at roughly 10,125 square feet of plot.
10,125/43,560 feet per acre= 23.24% of an acre
So you need to put 23.24% of the reccomendation in your sprayer. In other words .2324 x 32 ounces= 7.43 ounces on the low end (1 quart per acre). .2324 x 96= 22.31 ounces on the high end (3 quarts per acre)
8 ounces is a cup, so I'd probably put in a cup's worth of concentrate into your sprayer, top it off with water and spray the *entire* plot with it. If you don't have enough in the tank to get adequate coverage over the entire plot, you can always do one more tankfull and still stay within the reccomendations. If you need to get into a third tank, you'll need to cut down on how much concentrate you use to stay within the reccomendations.
HTH.
Spot spraying would work. IIRC, it's not specifically mentioned on the label, so that's why there's no mixing rates for it.

I picked up my Poast from the Co-op in Nappanee.
They're nice to deal with!
