You've got 10 acres that's wooded? That's huge compared to my ~4 wooded acres!
Loooks good- I've got much of the same stuff planted here on my place.

Its not the size that matters....now where have we heard that before? You will like the turnips in late season. All the rest of the greens will die and the turnips will still be green and draw deer. h.h.

What kind of $ do the run? How much do you plant? Is that enough ?? ;D

Looks like a great little set up there Kevin.... I see you're even providing Kool-Aid to drink for the little buggers! ;D LOL The "kool aid" is actually Miracle Grow , I had left some out for convenience when I fertilized next so that I wouldn't have to carry 16# of water . Since you asked , some of the seed I planted came from a local hardware store that happens to sell seed in bulk , the rest came from a bag of premixed greens that I got at Wally World . The plot is too small to bother going to the co-op for seed .

Turnips can be expensive. I work for a greenhouse, so I got a helluva deal on what we had leftover there. ;D However, when I went to "clean out" another local greenhouse, it got really expensive. I suppose you could check prices with a co-op, but I'd also check with some local greenhouses and see what kind of deal they'd make on what they have leftover.
