I am glad someone is finding them. Last year I sold 10 pounds here at school and dried enough to last me until this past Feb. The last 2 weeks of the year I was finding 300-500 per day. This year I have found 42 total.. My only hope is the big yellows are still to come. I found them the first 2 weeks of May last year. Everyone I talk with around here has been having the same luck. I still think the hard frost we had did them in.

My wife and I found about 45 or 50 about a pound or so of yellows today in warren county, along pine creek on the sides of gulleys, they were all fresh 2-5 inches. they are soaking in salt water as I write.

found 15 yellows last night. Some were a little dry. I had not been out since last Thursday because of turkey hunting.
