We have several planted in the side yard as well as in the back. I like to eat them right off the vine. Also raspberry jelly is my favorite jelly! Only one negative thing about them, well two, they have sharp thorns and the plant is very invasive! Grows just about everywhere & spreads.

We have scads here on our property. Not quite ready yet, but part of the east facing fence row will be soon. Gonna be a good crop this year with all the rain we've had.

That must be what the locals here call "dewberries" , I have them all over the property and I knew they weren't blackberries . We've already picked some and still have a ton more getting ready to ripen .

Man I picked a ton last year and only picked about a handfull this year. Dang job anyways.
My very favorite is warm cobbler with ice cream, or by the handfull after picking them. Really doesn't matter, I just like em.
Invasive maybe to some but welcomed in any of my property. Great cover for small game, and great food for me. I planted some into my yard this spring just to have a patch out the back yard

Also have some thornless blackberries that will ripen around the middle of July. We saw some on my property. My wife couldn't resist some of those berries.
