Text for the Day -- Revelation 19:7-9

"Let us rejoice and exult
and give him the glory,
for the marriage of the Lamb has come,
and his bride has made herself ready;
to her it has been granted to be clothed
with fine linen, bright and pure" -
for the fine linen is the righteous deeds of the saints.

And the angel said to me, "Write this: Blessed are those who are
invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb." And he said to me,
"These are true words of God."

Devotional

It all ends with a huge banquet! God will supply the marriage feast
in the uniting of the Lamb and the church in heaven. The faithful
followers are brought into the throne room of God and joined to the
victorious Lamb who has triumphed over evil and death. In wonderful
imagery like the Book of Revelation encourages us to remain faithful
to our commitment to Christ so that we can enjoy that eternal
celebration in the worship and love of God.
