i took some sirlion tip and marinated it in some stubbs marinade for about 8 hrs. i was going to cook them on the grill but went to light it and it was out of gas and didnt feel like going to the barn to fill it back up so i just cooked them on a iron skillet till they were about medium. then took some green,red, and yellow peppers and one onion and fried them up in a seperate skillet. then i notice i didnt have any hot sauce, but after i tasted the meat there was non needed because the marinade had some heat of its own. best fajitas i have ever had and easy to make.
