4 Potatoes, peeled,cut into small chunks. 2 large carrots or 10 small ones cut up. 2 stalks Celery. 1/4 onion. (I forgot the onion tonight..... dadblastit) Boil all veggies well. While veggies are boiling. Get out the Venison: 2 LBs at least or how ever much suites your table. Remove the silverskin. Cut the chunks into 1x1s roll or shake in flour. Sprinkle with Lawreys. Brown in butter, losta butter! Put all chunks in pan filled halfway with water and put in the oven for 40 minutes on 300-285 lower to 250 last 10 minutes. While this is cooking Take butter trailings left from browning,3 cups water 2 bricks (More butter) bulion, 1/3 cup of flour mix, 1 package of Mushroom gravy mix. 1/4 teaspoon of pepper,dash of Tabasco. 1/4 Teaspoon of Cajun Spices. Heat until boil.
Drain da veggies good! Add all ingredients togedda simmer down... for 35 minutes, (iffen you can wait that long). You might need to add a little water,I did. (Perhaps a tad bit more butter) Iffen yous add da water simmer a bit mo.
Limit da salt cause de bullion gots lottsa salt in it but yous might need a little,taste er first
