Got a pot on the stove right now. Should be ready to munch on by 4 or 5.
1-1/2# Venison steak, chunked up small. Brown venison in bottom of the pot in a little olive oil and 1-2 tablespoons of mincced garlic. After meat is brown, dump in: 1 can beef broth 2 cans small whole potatoes 1 cup chopped celery 1 can mushroom soup 1 can whole kernel corn 2 cups chopped carrots 1/2# sliced mushrooms Add water as you see fit and slow cook until everything is tender. You can't hardly "over cook" this stuff, and it's good re-heated on day two.
