Venison Stuffed Mushrooms
42 Large mushrooms 1 lb Ground venison 1 c Bread crumbs 2 tsp Minced Garlic 1 Tbs A-1 Sauce 2 tb Olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
Remove stems form mushrooms and chop finely; reserve caps. Combine chopped stems and remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Brush mushroom caps with oil. Stuff mixture into reserved mushroom caps. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until heated through. Their temp should be at least 150 degrees.
This is one of my personal recipes, I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks Decatur ,I tried the stuffed Mushrooms over the weekend ,they are great. A neighbor came over for a visit and tried the Mushrooms,she ate three and said they are really good,wants the recipe. I could not bring myself to tell her it was Venison. She is on my case all the time about shooting the poor animals.

I had these for dinner tonite. I subsituted venison with some spicy wild boar sausage. Also put some cheese on top and washed them down with a cold beer. My oh my
