This is what you will need:
1. 4 to 6 butterflyed venison steaks 2. Garlic salt 3. Coarse black pepper 4. Tabasco sauce 5. A1 terriyaki sauce
Heat your grill to 300 degrees or so and then throw your meat on it. While it begins to cook salt, pepper, and add a splash of Tabasco sauce. Put the lid back on for three minutes or so, then open and flip the meat. Repeat seasoning procedures and cook for another 3 minutes. After each side has cooked pull the meat off and dip into the A1 terriyaki and enjoy. Mac and cheese and or mashed potatoes compliments this light meal nicely.
