Cut backstraps into 4" lengths. Soak in milk during prep. Roll straps in spices & flour. Saturate floured straps with "Dales Steak Sauce". Cover & fry on medium heat until the straps are crispy brown. ** Do not over-cook & dry out the meat.

yeah that is good, ive been doing that for a long time. also good recipe to use on the round steaks you always seem to have laying in the freezer. just tenderrise them a little soak in milk for a little bit and do the same thing
