Hutch, or Hutchamagrundy is what we call it.
That's your standard one skillet breakfast meal. Taters, sausage, bacon, eggs, onion, tomato, mushrooms, or whatever you have laying around,slung together in one skillet, cooked to perfection, then covered with melted cheese & maybe salsa.
It's crummy and raining out this morning, so I just whipped up a batch. Yummy !
