I put wild turkey down, but wish I you could get two votes. I'd say doves and turkey are my favorite.

I'm like Gobblerstopper I wish there were two choices. Turkey is #! but my wife fixes some fine deer recipes too! Slim P.S. That's where the name Slim comes from.

Deer is great if you season it right, and I like wild turkey if it's not way too tough.

What ever my wife decides to fix for the day. Deer, duck, goose, rabbit, squirrel are all given equal time share.

I like them all, and I don't know that I've ever refused any meal of any sort, but I LOVE rabbit.

I too like them all and most any wild game meat. Since I was raised hunting rabbits behind beagles I'd have to say rabbit is my favorite. One of the easiest and tasty recipes is to cut the rabbit up in to pieces and salt, pepper and garlic powder, then roll them in flour and quick brown on high heat in a cast iron skillet or dutch oven, and cover with a lid and bake in the oven at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. then the last 15 minutes of cooking add 1/2 - 1 cup of white or red wine or water. It will be fall off the bone done with some real nice gravy. Add a pan of home made biscuits and you think you are in heaven. h.h.
