What, if anything, can you guys tell me about this place? My cousin heard, I'm not sure where, that the next state record smallmouth will come from this body of water. I'm not even sure where it's at!

My cousin is VERY gullable! It wouldn't surprise me at all if somebody was pulling his leg.

I am going there on Monday to go after the Walleye, Smallmouths, and Crappies. I have also heard that there are some nice smallies there. A RELIABLE source told be many in the 3lbs range. Don't know about state record though.

Well I caught a 14in Smallmouth on my first cast yesterday. Didn't have a single bite after that. There were quite a few boats out there. Saw a bunch of guys catching them. They all looked about the same size. The one I caught now has a new home in my pond! The wind blew us all over the place. There was very little shelter from it. I would like to go back when it is calmer. Nice place though.
