In Decatur, the Wal-Mart has some good prices on fishing equipment. I bought some spinnerbaits for $.25 each, some catfish hooks for$.25 a pack, and some jig heads for $.10 a pack. Not too shabby. I also got a propane heater head for $15 regularly $39!

I love the "red tag aisle."
I managed to snag four of those clear Haydel double reed duck calls about 2 months ago at the Madison store for dirt cheap. If you have ever blown one of these calls, they are the best of the cheaper calls.

Just can't keep my hands warm anymore since I was put on Cumadin.

I don't know who blead out the most. Me or him. Had to tie-off my upper-arm & elevate to stop the bleeding.

I got one to keep as a backup to the one already in service, and I plan on giving the other three to those who put up with me in a duck blind after soup beans the night before.

Make sure you tell them the call naturally stinks like that. Make them smell it first before you give it too them. I bet some would flat out refuse to put that to their mouth. All the ones that I have owned smelled like pure vomit from the time I took them out of the case!!!!
