i sent a cuddeback excite in for repair a month ago because the flash quit working,wich was not under warranty. didnt get a phone call or email saying they got it, so i called up this past friday and the lady said they got it and said they sent an email but didnt say they had an estimate on it yet. got in from working tonight and had a package from them. i thought they just sent the old one back becuase i never got the email. opened it up and they sent me a brand new 07 cuddeback. i couldnt believe it because last year i sent two 35mm deer cams back for repair and lost the reciet for one and couldnt get it under warranty. the funny thing is i bought that camera for $75 cheaper than the $300 you pay for them just about anywhere

I had one issue with a cam from them, sent it to them fixed it under warranty and sent it right back to me. They are good to deal with I have some that are the non-flash and they take blurry pictures at night and aren't clear and I'm supposed to get a call back to them tomorrow, we will see!! The others do fine but 2 of them are always blurry!
