The converters change ac to dc and running a space heater shouldnt effect it cause its ac. most have a 20 amp fuse that you push to reset for ac. h.h.

Here is what happens on mine. If I plug in two heaters it will flip the breaker in the camper. Or if the use the micr. and heater at the same time.

Most campers now days have a 20 amp fuse and 14-2 or 16-2 wiring which is not heavy enough gauge to pull heaters or any appliance that takes some watts. In my pop up a 1500 watt heater will pop the breaker sometimes so I have a heavy extension cord to run the heater on and that solves the problem. h.h.

Well, I now have ac.....but the dc won't work so I have managed to wire in a line to a battery. The 2 doesn't seem to bother each other and I can have lights and electric. I just have to charge the batt every couple days of use.

Still sounds like you have a bad fuse or breaker than has not reset. your interior lights should work off of the electric too. We just bought one of those small Edens heaters that are advertised on Paul Harvey. The small one is not quite big enough for our 32 foot trailer, going to exchange it for the bigger one and see how that works. They are supposed to pull only 8 amps of power to run. Will let you know how it works out in a couple of weeks or so. You can not run the air and the micro wave in ours at the same time, blows the circuits.
