More back door gun control ... Isn't it already illegal to transport a loaded shotgun in a vehicle ? License from the state police ? I'm not aware that having a license for any long gun is required , at time of purchase or otherwise . Geez , these Indy dummycraps sure want us to be Illinois , jr.

Sounds just another hair-brained gun grabbing piece of leglislation to raise more money for the State through yet another License inorder to Hunt or shoot. Yet most of the members here sit back saying..."All is well here in Indiana" GET OUT AND VOTE, and write your lawmakers!!!! REMEMBER THEY WORK FOR US!!

From what I see on the legislative website, it's not been heard by the committee... the deadline for third reading on House bills is Feb 2nd, so given all the other stuff on their plate, I would be surprised if it gets out of committee in time... but will keep an eye out...
