Seems like I'm seeing more of the hunters on TV clipping these to their clothes/hats.
Anyone use cover scents? Whether on stand, on the way to the stand??? or in their clothes containers?
Where?? When?? What brand?? What specific scent???
Thanks in advance...

If you do that be sure and get a container that closes real tight as that smell will seep through big time. The first container I had didn't close well and the next morning the whole inside of my truck smelled like DIRT. I had to drive with the windows down. My wife tells me to undress in the garage and leave the hunting clothes outside. What gets me if you put the disks back in the original container it will rejuvenate itself.

I've used it and as Woody said - It is POWERFUL STUFF.
It will take two cycles through the washing machine to get the smell out so you can hang them in the closet at the end of the season.

I just hang my clothing outside under the cedar trees and let them soak up the fresh country air. When I get done hunting, I hang them up each time unless its raining.

Thanks for the replies guys.....the last few years, I've put pine bows, oak leaves, hickory husks, or whatever else is around my hunting area in my clothes tubs. I think that helps, but no matter how I walk to my stand I've had deer pin my "trail" where I walked in as if they smelled something on my boots. Not enough to spook them terribly, but enough to peek their interest and not come in any closer. I've even done the old "walk through the manuer pile" on the way to the stand since the deer are used to cattle and it still hasn't worked. Thought maybe one of the scent wafers would permeate the rubber in the boots, or maybe it's just time for a new pair of boots!

Another vote for the HS scent wafers in Fresh Earth , I never leave the house to hunt without them . I also use Deer Dander in combination with them .

Another Fresh Dirt waffer user here. I've had the same two packages of them for probably 4 years. They just keep refreshing themselves when you put them back into the containers. I did notice the other day they seem to be weakening, so I'll probably pick up a couple more packages in the next week or so.
My kids tell me that I "smell like leaves" whenever I get done hunting.
