The woods I hunt I cant use a fourwheeler so after about having a couple heart attacks last year dragging deer out I decided to get a cart.
I read on a previous post that the one from rurel king wasnt any good.
Anybody use one they have had good luck with ?

I saw one last year at shades state park that a guy made. He used about 6ft of an aluminum ladder and had to wheel chair, wheels on it. It was pretty ingenius

I've got one of the RedHead Big Game Carts from Bass Pro. I don't know how it compares to any of the others because it is the only one I've ever owned, but it is A LOT better than dragging. It also folds up nice when you are not using it.

My wife bought me a extra heavy duty reinforced solid steel ,solid rubber cart befor season last year. I swear can hardly put it in the back of my Ford explorer. If it had a V8 motor on it I could carry a moose out. Sometimes load it up when I go hunting, just because I do not have the heart to tell Lisa I doubt would ever use it.In fact one time lied and told her it was handy to have. A nice lightweight aluminum model would be great.

Buddy of mine cut out one of those plastic 55 gallon barrels (smurf blue) and mounted it on an old dolly. He likes it. I think your best bet for sturdiness is to build it yourself.

i bought a deer sled from cabelas 5-6 years ago and it works good. its nothing but a big piece of real heavy plastic with holes along the edge. comes with a couple of ropes to lace up the deer. Ive pulled out deer by my self a couple times and several with another person pulling too. if theres any snow on the thing glides like a sled. iusually cut a small tree and use it as a handle on the rope. costs about 25.00. everyone that used it like the thing and it rolls up and use one of the ropes to carry in the woods. Ive used carts and like this better. carts are hard to go down hill. h.h.
