Pretty alright . Pretty dammed expensive for such ordinary blade designs . I think that I'll just stick with the Buckā¢ knives that have served me so well for the last thirty years .

Nice looking blades. Interesting looking handles too. Wonder what the handles are made of, blades look to be in the tanto style. Little expensive for me though. But if I wanted one bad enough then yes I would get one but my old Uncle Henry Golden Spike still gets the job done and holds a decent edge. Only thing is you need to remember not to put it up in the sheath. Turns the blade black.

I have a lot of knives as well as guns, boots, ball caps, so on and so on. One knife that I REALLY have had good luck with is a hunter orange handle knife from cutco. They have a website you can visit, and the knife came to me RAZOR sharp. They sell sharpeners for their knives, and they`ll put the edge back to factory sharp for just the cost of shipping. And the knives don`t cost a fortune either.

You can get around using a filet knife for the other 6 percent, but its tough.

For that kinda cash I can get a really nice Knives of Alaska knife made with D-2 steel...that stuff gets "scary" sharp.
For rough service I use a Cold Steel knife made with the Carbon-V steel. Those things can take a beating and still shave you.
And my daughter works for Cutco up in Wisconsin...she has promised to send me one of those orange handled knives to try out.
