Pretty well dedicated this weekend to dailing in & fine tuning weapons.
Shot the bow quite a bit yesterday, feeling real good about it. My buddy and I were shooting up to 45 yards and doing pretty good.
Went to the range today. Got the new .45cal TC Muzzleloader dialed in. Shooting 225gr power belt bullets over 100gr of triple seven powder. Took about 8 shots to get it wher it needs to be. About 2" high at 50 yards and nearly the same at 100 yards. Need to shoot it some more and check it at 150 & 200 yards.
Checked out the slug gun and it was still in good shape. Only had to fire about 3 shots with that thumper and they were all where they were supposed to be at 100 yards.
Went ahead and popped a few caps with the .300 also in preperation for elk hunting in a few weeks. Did some off hand stuff with it also. That gun is good to go.
Will do some more practicing, but it's all up to the shooter from here on out.

Good luck to you boys as well. Now until season openers, it's just shooting for practice and fun.
