The latest from the left-wing news media, which sort of pleasantly surprises me: tinyurl.com/2u8jcb

I know there are people wrongly convicted of crimes. But for those who are proven, beyond a doubt, guilty of murder, a swift, cheap and televised execution should be the outcome. Who in the world could ever question that a REAL threat of death awaiting you WOULDN'T make a VAST difference? As it stands, you have a 98% chance of getting several years of free room & board, good food, free medical care, an education and possibly earn a degree WORST CASE if you kill someone. Yeah, I can see how that might worry a criminal. . . . The hard answers are sometimes the only ones that actually work.

Yep--although some (not too many at the expense of taxpayers and victims) appeals might be helpful when there is a shadow of a doubt to determine guilt, when there is absolutely no shadow of a doubt (and especially no remorse), I agree. I'm glad the data are finally being interpreted and presented correctly, to reflect what we knew to be true all along.

Another headline from the Center of the Blatently Obvious. You would think--but unfortunately, it hasn't been presented that way...
