We put a bunch of stuff in our sack. Nothing really expensive but just decent food. Corn, peas, Green beans, Mac and cheese, soup beans, pasta.

I worked on the food drive in Newburgh.
We collected 8,000 pounds of groceries.
This was divided between Newburgh United Methodist and Saint Johns's food pantrys.

My Mother volunteers 3-4 days per week at Churches in Mission in Mooresville, they are Mooresville's food pantry and are sponsored by several local churches.
On Saturday, they received over 10,000 pounds of food and then another 1500 pounds yesterday (Monday). They were still down about 2000 pounds from last year!!!
God Bless You Woody, food pantrys are a great help for the community!!!!
