I have two neices that would fit in nicely with that bunch. No matter what you try to tell them, they cannot get past the thought of killing a helpless creature, even when you show them hundreds of deer starving to death for lack of food. Your heart being in the right place is no help at all if it somehow places your brain in stasis.

Besides being hypocritical morons, they don't understand the principles of basic ecology and biology...even though it's biological creatures whose "rights" they are always fighting for!!

To paraphase one of my favorite quotes "The best of intentions can lead to the worst of harm...... if you allow emotion to rule reason." Misquided though they may be, the consequences are the same.

Animal rights activists don't care about Mother Nature, if they did they would allow hunting.
They want cute little postcards, and to frolic with deer in the fields. I am sure that every single one of these moonpies would be in favor of supplemental feeding programs to make sure that the deer keep reproducing and overpopulating the area even further.
