I ordered mine on 2/24. Kind of expected it this week or sooner. Anyone know how long it takes for the state to send them? Hope I can use my receipt as evidence.

Not sure how long it takes, but your receipt should be good if anyone questions it. I just go to the gate at brown county state park to get mine as it’s only 10 minutes away.

I've never been there, but I do go to 3 places that require a sticker/permit. I just go to the office and they give me a receipt and sticker and I'm golden

If I waited till around Memorial day I could buy one at Fairfax |

Paynetown DNR office too far? I have also bought them at Brown County SP before. Not too far but if I have no reason to drive there it is a convenience thing. I figured online ordering with a few weeks time should be just fine, not looking to be the case. My daughter is on spring break this week and wanted to spend time on the lake fishing. Not sure why I don't have the stickers yet. They charged my credit card the day I ordered. Figured it would be in the mail on the next business day |

Yeah work hours I am not really thinking about my lake sticker. By time I think about it is after hours so not expecting any resolution. I was wanting to vent a little bit but also hoping others had been through this and knew if an online receipt works. My guess is not, if all I needed was a receipt then I could put sticker on another boat. Just irritated by taking 2 or more weeks to get a sticker in the mail. It isn't like they are importing these things from China. If they can't mail them timely then don't offer online options. |

I always thought they should sell them at sporting goods stores and the Post office. It's not convenient for some people to go to a DNR office. |

Ordered mine over a week ago and have not received it. I expect nothing less from the DNR. They are sure quick to write a ticket though for something that is not readily available. Disclaimer I have never received a ticket but have gone out of my way to get the sticker to avoid it in the past so tried the online this year for convenience and they can’t ship it in a timely manner. It’s even more frustrating that the docks are removed from Monroe every winter and they take forever to put them back in. Plenty of people fishing all winter, there is no reason to remove them.

Spoke to dnr and they do not allow receipt.
The sticker did not mail until 28th. They want me to wait 10 business days which is tomorrow. If I want to take the boat out I can go buy a new one then work with dnr to return the late stickers....
Advice going forward is to just buy them at an office.
