At my brother in law’s farm, the farmer who leases it for farming was picking corn. He hired a young guy to help (16 years old) to load the tow hopper following the combine. Well he missed the chute and about 200 yards from the woods there is a corn pile as big as a pickup truck. He said he’s sending the young man out with a shovel this weekend to pick it up. I’m about 300 yards from the pile so I’m not worried about it.

The regulation states that it's not bait as long as it's part of the farming practice.

I almost bet the deer will never touch it…. I agree, for one thing it’s about 6 foot tall.

I almost bet the deer will never touch it…. I agree,a farmer friend of mine who I hunt on and have been friends with for over 40 years spilled about 40ish bushels of corn in a field surrounded by woods. Believe it or not, crows were about the only thing that ate it.

Definitely agree it to be legal. Had it happen on a farm years ago and the deer tore it up. It was like an all you can eat buffet.
