If a male identifying as a female exposes thier genitalia to some one else having a different genitalia in a locker room, shower or other facility is this not a crime of exposure? I am not educated enough to look up specific laws but do not think the law states a person identifying as the oppiset sex is excluded, just exposing one type of genitalia to some one else with different genitalia (with out consent) is not exceptable and a crime no matter the age of the person viewing the exposure and if the viewer is considered a child under the law would this make that a sexual crime? Some one help me out here. I feel the only way we are going to be able to stop some of this crazy stuff that is happening is to think outside the box and use existing laws to prosicute an offender and give pause to some one else from doing what happened in the first incident.

In my opinion it would be a crime, our country has started down a very bad path on this subject I hope we can get it right soon.

I'll wade in. Crime, yes. Prosecuted? Depends on the state but even the most republican/conservative state, probably not. Like ol Gump said, that's all I have to say about that.

I believe the definition of what that is and what the outcome becomes is completely dependent upon the age, temperament, and acceptance level of the female involved and the male in her life.
