I saw that, too! Not that I need another revolver but it did peak my interest-kinda cool thought to take a deer with that .357!

Speaking of revolvers.. A good friend and former boss that now lives in Texas is heavy into Rutgers. He has one of the finest collections of Ruger 1s in the country. He is in tight with the Ruger and is working their booth at the NRA convention. He posted this awhile ago..looking to see more later..

How long has he been collecting the Ruger’s ? See a lot of Wood… Not sure how long he has been into the Ruger 1s. He used to collect old Winchester Lever guns but switched to the Rugers some time back. He has killed numerous Muy Grande bucks down there in Texas.

I fondled both models at the NRA exhibits over the weekend. Both were very heavy. I have never cared for a birdshead grip and this model does not change that. The gunfighter grip is o.k. and the action was characteristically Henry smooth but at $928 M.S.R.P. I think I'll pass.

No thanks for me either.
I really like their long ranger lever action rifle.

The old S&W revolvers are something I am familar with. They are all basicly the same. Nothing really against Henry but I just don't feel the love some do.

I absolutely love my Henry rifles but these revolver offerings are disappointing to me. Still holding out hope for the Homesteader.
