You can have a 2nd buck with gun... Just only if you can get it in 7 days... Sounds good. 7 days for archery as well. Starting October 1st. And to make it easy to remember gun November 1st. Come on now. Do you really think that has any sorta chance at all? That's just plain ol nonsense 🤠🤠🤠

That's just plain ol nonsense 🤠🤠🤠 Come on now. Let's go for a third buck on December 1st. But most importantly shorten the archery season. Start taken from it for once.

Neighbors change all the time. People died off. New family members take over. Nothing is guaranteed. But good luck as long as you can.

Sadly, I think any changes made to season structures or bag limits will be to intentionally reduce the number of mature bucks. Overreaction to CWD.
Remember all the CWD response questions a couple years back on this survey?
When CWD is eventually detected, it will be a lot easier to knock back buck populations if hunters can kill more than one antlered deer.
Maybe I'm being pessimistic or cynical, but there's no doubt they plan on going scorched earth when they find it.

“6,000” was only the amount that were successful I say about double that amount tried for 2 Bucks. I can only imagine the killing that would take place now if we allowed 2 bucks with the modern equipment in place today. “Tried”? No way in knowing but trying does not always equate to success does it? How many deer hunters kill two DEER a year now? Greg, Until recently I hunted deer hard. I was out there every chance I got. The last ten years of the two buck limit I only doubled twice. I could have doubled every year if I shot any buck, but like the growing number of deer hunters , I have been selective for a long, long time. I still say the reason people are seeing bigger bucks now is because we have gotten older, more experienced and selective. But as Jim and Chad said, “Only a two buck trial would determine that”.

But good luck as long as you can. Well i'm 15 years older, make 6 figure income, they both make more money and built new houses within last 3 years. Looking to buy more land. I'm nutty about deer hunting, they worse. Lol.

We are surrounded by cwd. If your worried about hunters shooting two bucks, wait till they shoot everything in a zone it’s found in.

And a pat on the back to all 3 of you. Life can and does change alot. No matter how much you make, or house you have or how "nutty" you and your neighbors are about deer hunting. Life doesn't care one bit about a status symbol.

All get along and work together and have similar goals. 3 - B&C caliber bucks killed in 7 years off 3 farms, multiple 140-160. We all are blessed for sure.

What I am not ok with is folks wanting to kill multiple Buck to boost their ego’s and satisfy their selfish wants …… let other’s have a chance at killing their Dream deer.

CWD will eventually show up in Indiana, hopefully not in my lifetime. Of course with scientific advances, maybe a treatment or strategy other than culling will be developed? I would 2nd Gregs closing statement.

License are so much more now than then. That's a crock right there. 15 years worth of today's annual price vs then is plenty.. funny how 15 years worth then was plenty...

I'm gonna have to send Joe a email because I didn't get that same one from him. I'm gonna have to remind him who I am.
