Nope.. He has to return all the heads and other critters, but what about the money? What about being found guilty first? The last sentence in article is funny … not guilty but has to return property 🤷🏻♂️

Nope.. He has to return all the heads and other critters, but what about the money? Hopefully he just required a percentage as a deposit. It wouldn’t be worth going to civil court unless you had paid in full…IMO

Nope.. He has to return all the heads and other critters, but what about the money? It's says at end article that returns of money would require a civil suit by clamient. Which sounds like will be several civil suits.

What about being found guilty first? The last sentence in article is funny … not guilty but has to return property 🤷🏻♂️ The State just covering their butts!! All persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Article doesn't say he is innocent? Obviousily the fact that state is having property returned speaks volumes to me.

Two days notice? Seems like you would not have much time to make arrangements to get there or round up a someone to go for you.

So...what's he accused of? “He was jailed and charged with corrupt business influence and multiple counts of theft.” The information is in the OP from DNR

I had a taxidermist die on me, he had my bobcat and a nice bear that had a huge white patch on it's chest. I waited a month before asking his wife if I could come get my skins anyhow, never mentioned a deposit. She was kind of snappy and defensive with her answer of "I give everything away to a young kid looking into starting taxidermy". I knew who the kid was and of course he said he could not find them.
