Hard to beat those deep v boats. I picked up a 1996 17.5' Grumman 2 yrs ago. It is a great platform. Not as shiny as your boat but essentially same set up, minus the sun shade.
My rear bar is removable and I can install down riggers but 80% of the time I use the rack to troll cranks.
My next upgrade is to finish the back deck. Carpet likely. Also want to add a front depth finder. I stripped them all off when I got it. I mainly troll so the one at the steering wheel is all I need. Now I wish I had 1 up there. Just not priority. Trasducer will be on a removable shaft not on my trolling motor. I dislike the cords wrapping around my trolling motor.
My big wish list is to upgrade the motor from a 50hp to closer to it's rated capacity of 135hp in 4stroke. That will be years out though. It is a dog now but I am not in a race so works great. Sips gas.
