Y'all reckon that the rifle rules for public & private land will ever be made the same? You never know, but I wouldn't count on it. If you can get a politician involved you may get change…. That’s how we got HPR now. Doubt the DNR will change the rules as written now!

Anything is possible. 30 years ago I would have never thought commercial HPR would be legal, that's why I bought a 200 yard muzzleloader back then.
