While I'm sure he wouldn't answer the question, if I were a member of the press in that community, I'd be trying my best to pressure the judge involved to say why he chose to release this individual...

Maybe there was an unspoken reason he was released. I say “turn state evidence” I was thinking more towards a higher possibility of not needing a trial down the road because of lack of defendant. |

The left leaning judges and the attorneys that can pick and chose what judges hear a certain case is what really bothers me. I agree, put him in the general population on a high amount of bail and let the general population know what he's in there for.

I say “turn state evidence” I was thinking more towards a higher possibility of not needing a trial down the road because of lack of defendant. I was thinking who was on his computer as a sender or receiver of this stuff. I would not be surprised if all of his devices were in the FBI crime lab. You would have thought they would have kept him in custody and under a suicided watch. |

I'd say it better be a good one! All I know is that if a criminal ever touched my wife, kid, or family, they better pray they dont get let out. I will unleash fury on them like they've never seen. |

I'm not so sure that he would be able to work off any of his charges. Or at least I know in Jasper County he would not have that option. If any breaks were given in a child pornography case here, the suspect better be giving up EXTREMELY good information. And if so, the only breaks would be at sentencing.
Or at least I would hope our judge's and prosecutor would see things that way.
I would guess perhaps maybe a medical furlough? Cancer patient that is costing the county too much money? Something along those lines.
It really is hard to say. But, I think someone needs to hold that judge's (and prosecutor if he/she agreed) feet to fire and maybe get some answers or at least an explanation.
