I got a text from my mom today saying she wants me to find her a good crossbow so she can bowhunt this year. She's no beginner to hunting. She was killing deer with a compound bow in the early 1980's. She's gun hunted a few times in the last few years but didn't get any shots. So I'm looking for recommendations on a smaller frame crossbow. I don't know what her budget is but I'm guessing it's not too much.

I would look at the Wicked Ridge line by TenPoint To buy I’d go through Wyvern Creations wyverncreations.com/

Wicked Ridge Lady Ranger ? They discontinued the Lady Ranger. My suggestion is to call Wyvern Creations. Dave will walk you through what you need. He will not try to sell you something you don’t need. He does do the best deals on crossbows.
